ME!
Jack Cowper is an actor, director and writer from Detroit, Michigan where he received his BFA in acting and minor in musical theatre at Wayne State University. Jack is currently based in New York City. He has starred in numerous regional productions most recently as Robbie Hart in The Wedding Singer.
International Theatre
Jack was recently given the opportunity to play Dewey Finn in School of Rock at the Moscow Art Theatre. While there, he completed MA level courses in acting, directing, stage combat, ballet, movement, classical singing and theatre history.
Along with acting, Jack has been working as a director regionally as well. This year, Jack directed Opera MODO's production of #Superflute with grammy nominee Steven McGhee. Just a few months prior he directed his own stage adaptation of the film "Midnight in Paris" featuring original music. Retitled A Night in Paris and was rehearsed and performed in Detroit, Michigan using local professional actors and dancers.
